Hello, everyone! I’m Mitchell Schwartz, and I help seniors, mature adults, and their families make thoughtful decisions about aging in place, downsizing, or transitioning to a home or senior community that better fits their needs.

My role goes far beyond selling a house. I help families understand their options, coordinate trusted resources, manage the details surrounding a move, and protect the senior’s dignity, independence, and financial interests throughout the process.

I’m also a resource for executors, trustees, and professionals assisting with probate, estate, and trust-related properties.I’ve been a licensed real estate professional since 1987 and have helped close more than 3,280 transactions.

I’m a Certified Senior Advisor, a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and an instructor for the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation. I look forward to learning more about each of you, building meaningful relationships, and becoming a trusted resource for the seniors and families you serve.
