Since 1987, Mitch Schwartz has helped more than 3,200 families successfully buy and sell homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson, Summerlin, and surrounding communities. Known for his experience, integrity, and straightforward guidance, Mitch specializes in helping homeowners navigate important life transitions involving real estate.

Much of Mitch’s work focuses on assisting seniors and their adult children with downsizing, aging-in-place decisions, probate and estate sales, and senior housing transitions. As both a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), he understands that these moves often involve more than just selling a house — they involve family decisions, financial considerations, and emotional change.
